We have a user that submitted a report that, for image posts, if the text is long and requires you to click the "more" button to see more, you can't do so on Android, only on iOS.

Environment

• Employee Experience - Android mobile app 4.7.0

Issue Details

When an end-user submits a Classic Studio image post on Android with long text, the "more" button that allows you to read the whole text is missing. On iOS, this "more" button is visible so long text can be read as normal.

Resolution

As a workaround, users can create a Classic Studio article, and they can add their images/ text there. The Classic Studio article template has the “more” button available. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: CSUP-1577)
