The Content page in Program Studio is our unified content management system, where Program Studio users with access to the Publish area can seamlessly and easily manage all content, regardless of type or source.
The Planner page is also used to manage content, and provides a scheduling and metrics analysis as well. For more details, see the article about the Planner page.
Note, all content can be edited, archived, or republished at any time by any Studio user with access to the Publish area of Program Studio.
Tabs - Publish State
Published - content that has been published. This is the only content in your program that is available to members in the web experience and mobile app.
Scheduled - content that is scheduled to move to published at a specific time in the future.
For Review - external content (submitted by users or pulled in via a feed) that requires approval before moving to published.
Archived - archived content which no longer appears to members. Content can be scheduled for archive, or manually archived. There is no option to permanently delete a post.
Draft - content can be saved as a draft rather than being published or scheduled for publishing. Drafts are not unique to each user. Any Studio user with access to the Publish section of the program can edit any drafted post.
Processing - when a video post is created by uploading a video, after the initial upload of the video there is a short processing period where Program Studio makes the video ready for use by members. While processing, the post itself can be edited. However, the video must complete processing before the post can be published.
