The automatic drip email to welcome users is going to existing users. The setup for the campaign doesn't look like it should be doing that and there have been no changes to either user in this case.

Issue Details
Some drip campaigns are incorrectly sending emails to users despite them not meeting the requirements to receive the drip campaign. So far this has been reported for Welcome and Single User Invite drip campaigns.
Resolution
This issue has now been resolved, however, we do require you to archive the existing welcome drip campaign and create a new one. Please see this KB article for creating a welcome drip campaign:

Please note: It’s not advisable to change the default audience for the welcome drip campaign and welcome drips do not require a recurring schedule. With the fix that has been carried out, this issue should not reoccur with the new drip campaign.
