Below we detail product updates for Studio scheduled for release in October 2020.
To see recently resolved issues, please refer to the Completed Issues Tracker.
Channel Selectors
For targeting content to channels, we’ve updated channel selectors in Studio to provide more detail on the channel being viewed and to show recently used items at the top of the list for streamlined navigation.
Analyze Reports
Audience Lifecycle Report
The Audience Lifecycle Report allows Program Managers and Administrators to better understand adoption and viewership amongst the entire employee audience, or within specific segments of employees. Clearer identification of gaps in platform registration will help clients drive greater levels of user engagement and retention.
Anonymized Reports
Customers that are subject to stricter regulations around data privacy can now see key aggregate reporting data without visible user-level data. If this feature is enabled for your program, all Studio users within that program will only see the anonymized versions of reports.
Note, this is about visible data, this does not affect the data we hold in our database. When anonymized reports is enabled we retain the actual data, we simply do not display that user-level detail to your Studio users in Analyze.
Current reports with anonymized versions:
- Viewers Overview
- Post Performance
- Poll Performance
- Campaign Performance
Anonymization of Smart Campaign goal completion data will be included in a future release.
Contact your company’s Engagement Manager to enable the Anonymized Reports feature.
Smart Campaigns
You can now choose the sender of a Smart Campaign. Program Managers and Administrators can control which senders are available to Channel Contributors by associating senders with specific channels.
Groups
All Users Standard Group
A new standard group called “All Users” is now available for customers. The All Users group is composed of users that have the status Created, Invited, Registering, or Registered, and a filter of status:not_blocked. This is the most accurate depiction of all users within a program, and it excludes Blocked users.
Custom Group Creation
Custom groups created in the Query Builder will now default to status:not_blocked, instead of status:registered, in order to orientate customers with the largest possible pool of users first.
Group Descriptions
All standard groups now have plain language descriptions of the users that are included in that group, in order to promote ease of use and understanding within the Groups section of Studio.
