Customer Issue

When there is a delay in displaying the existing groups, there is a message that says: ‘No groups, Click to create a group to add a custom group.’ This makes it seems like all groups in the program have gone missing when really there’s just a slow loading time.

Issue Details

The language of the loading message should indicate that the group is still loading. Instead, the language suggests that no groups have been created.

Resolution

Disregard the message and wait for the page to load. A request to improve loading times and update the language of the loading message has been filed. Please check the current status of this issue on the Known Issues Tracker. (Issue ID: PLT-68, formerly MAGIC-6686)
