Customer Issue
Users report they are not receiving campaigns and seeing channels that they should.
Environment
- Studio - Manage > Groups
Issue Details
When a user's attributes are updated in Studio, they should be added to the group meeting those attributes. Instead, users meeting the group criteria are not surfacing in the group and are, therefore, not receiving campaigns and seeing channels that they should.
Resolution
Please contact Firstup Support if your groups do not include the correct users. Support can manually refresh your group members.
