Below we detail product updates for the Firstup platform (Studio and Employee Experience) scheduled for release in October 2021. 

Employee Experience: Basic Directory

We’ve made updates to the basic employee profile view to reflect organization attributes and provide a better editing experience. In the search bar in the employee experience, the third search option will now be ‘Directory’, instead of ‘People.’ Searching for a user will pull up their profile view.

Employee Experience: User Avatars

We’ve updated the user avatars in web and mobile with a more modern design. Now, users who have not added a profile picture will have a grey avatar icon to represent them. These new avatar icons will appear when searching for a person, as well as on content a user has liked or commented on.
