Customer Issue

When changes have been made to the text formatting (size, bold, etc.) of a campaign, clicking Preview causes the changes to revert back to the original text formatting.

• Studio > Connect > Campaigns

Issue Details

It is expected that the campaign formatting should remain after viewing the campaign preview. The formatting changes are reverting once the user exits the campaign preview instead.

The current workaround is to Save a Draft before previewing the campaign.
