Known Issue: Group Comparison and Group Summary Report not returning as expected (ME-2708)

Customer Issue

When attempting to pull data from the Group Comparison or Group Summary reports in Analyze no data is returned for the selected timeframe.

Environment

  • Analyze in Studio
    • Group Summary 
    • Group Comparison 

Issue Details

It is expected that the reports should return data for the dates selected. At this time, the root cause has not been confirmed but our developers are investigating this issue. 

Resolution

There is currently no known workaround or resolution for this issue.
