The targeted group to this channel contains fewer active users than the number of followers.
The "Subscribed to: Channel" group contains users who do not have access to the channel.
When an employee is sent a newsletter for the channel, clicking on a piece of content takes them to a "Content not found" error page.

Users who are excluded from the target audience of a Channel should automatically be unsubscribed from that channel. We are seeing examples where this is not the case and employees continue to be subscribed to a Channel when they do not have access to it or its contents. This can result in issues such as being included in a Campaign targeted to a Channel but being unable to access content linked to in the Campaign.
Employees incorrectly subscribed to a Channel will not be able to view content that they do not have access to, except via email campaign.
