Customer Issue
After uploading in Classic Studio, select videos do not display in the Employee Experience, and only play audio when played in Studio.
In the Web Experience, the video will appear with a loading/spinning wheel and will not display.

Issue Details
The expected behavior is that the video content card will display properly after it has been successfully uploaded. The root cause here appears to stem from the video file not being saved as expected.

- There is no current workaround for this issue. In cases where able, the user can upload the video to another platform (i.e Vimeo, Youtube) then share the video link in the program.
