Customer Issue
When creating a Microapp with Auth Mode: Trusted settings, engagement icons are missing in the Microapp.
Environment
- Studio > Publish > Microapps > Microapp Preview
- Employee Experience - Web and Mobile browsers
Issue Details
Some users may report that they cannot see some engagement icons (like, comment, bookmark) for Microapps. The share and translate icons are visible where applicable.
Resolution
Show engagement icons will always display share or translate (if enabled for the post). If the microapp authentication allows the user to sign in, then additional engagement such as likes, bookmarks, and comments will appear.
If engagement icons still do not show after signing in, then please contact Firstup Support to report this.
