Customer Issue
When attempting to download the csv file for the user event export, there is an unknown file downloaded.

- Classic Studio | Analyze | User Event Report
Issue Details
The User Event Export report is not providing the correct format for a requested downloaded report.
Resolution
The workaround at this time is to rename the downloaded report file in File Explorer (PC) or Finder (Mac) to add ".csv" at the end of the file name.
