How to Report on Initiatives via Analyze
In Analyze, use the Initiatives Overview report to compare initiative performance.
To drill into an individual initiative, you can filter nearly any report in Analyze by initiative. To demonstrate how to use any report, here is how to look at a specific initiative on the Executive Summary:
- Sign into Studio as an Administrator, Program Manager, Publisher, or Analyst.
- Navigate to the Analyze page under Measure.
- Select Executive Summary.
- In the filters row, select Initiatives and choose an initiative such as "Coronavirus".
-
Once you have a report open, review your data and adjust the filters.
-
Hover over individual reports to scroll sideways (if necessary).
- Form questions based on anomalies, discrepancies, or surprises.
- Use filters to drill into the data further. The dashboard will load with some filters in place. You can change many parameters including the timeframe, the initiatives, or even specify which posts.
-
Filter Note: two kinds of custom group attribute data is available in the Executive Summary filters!
- Work Location is based on location data provided by you to Firstup via SFTP or SSO. If you do not see any data when this attribute is selected, you may not be providing this data. Please talk to your Customer Success Manager about how to set-up group attributes.
- Department is based on department data provided by you to Firstup via SFTP or SSO. If you do not see any data when this attribute is selected, you may not be providing this data. Please talk to your Customer Success Manager about how to set-up group attributes.
