From the Users page, you can view and manage all of the members and studio users in your program.
Open the Users Page
Open the Users page by selecting the top left menu and navigate to Manage > Users.
Search, Sort, and Filter Users
Type a string of characters into the search bar and hit enter or click the search icon to search your users. The search will return results for a match in name, email address, or universal identifier.
Users can be sorted, in ascending or descending order, by clicking the column headers User or Last Active on Experience at the top of the list of users. Sorting by User will sort the users by first name (if available) or email (if first name is not available).
Click on the dropdowns to filter by Experience Status or Program Role.

Click on the three dots to the right of a user to select View/Edit, this will open the user details.
From the user details page you can view the profile data, Join Date, Last Active on Experience, answers to Questions, Custom Attributes, and Followed Topics for that specific user. Click the arrows to open up the filter.
You can edit the user's name and program role. Edit the user's name only if absolutely necessary, as this affects the user's data in all programs that they are part of.

Export Data or Forget - Individual User
For GDPR compliance, we have both Export Data and Forget for specific users. For details on how Export Data and Forget work please refer to the article Export or Forget a User's Data - GDPR Compliance.
Exporting Multiple Users
You can download a CSV file of one or more users from the Users page by selecting one or more users and then click on Export (#). The export text will indicate the number of users that will be in the file.
Navigate to the Exports page to download the CSV file.
The exported CSV file has columns for first name, last name, user email address, and additional data. Some fields may be blank for a user depending on your program's setup.
By default, the export will include all users that meet the currently selected filters. So, to export all users (members and studio users) you can leave the filters set to All Statuses and All User Roles, click Select All, then Export. You could also filter to Publishers to export only Publishers, or filter to Blocked users to only export Blocked users.
You can also use the checkboxes to select specific users and the export will only include the selected users.
