View All Comments by a Person
You may want to audit all comments made by an individual. To do this:
- Check when the user registered their account by opening their account in User Management.
- Update the date range for the Comment Overview report with the date the person registered (or earlier) as the start date.
- Sort the Top Viewers by Comment Rate table by employee name and confirm that the person has made at least 1 comment.
- If the person has made at least 1 comment sort the Latest Comments table by commenter name. It may be easiest to export the Latest Comments table using the download button in the top right of the table, and filter by commenter name in another program.
